Among all, vegan diet nearly gains the most buzz. An absolute trend these days! It basically avoids consumption of any animal or anything coming from animals. To name some:

- Duck, other poultry
- Lobster, other seafood
Now, don’t let this list scare you. Common reasons for people to not take the Vegan road are the “limited options”, “less tasty” and more. But it’s not quite so. (Trust me!)
While veganism limits many of your usual everyday eats, but that doesn’t AT ALL means you have to stop having these. No because there are alternatives. YES! And so many! Some perfect alternatives others even better!
